South Island

Rural / Offshore Island Areas
Base Fee: NZD $25.00 or more (depending on weight & size)
Free Delivery: Not available for these areas
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
Note: Chilled or frozen items cannot be delivered to these zones.
Defined Rural / Island Zones:
Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island / Oban, Chatham Islands, Matakana Island, Kawau Island, and other remote rural addresses (RD1–RD9)
Chilled & Frozen Items
Chilled or frozen products are only available for delivery within Auckland metropolitan areas.
We do not deliver temperature-sensitive goods to the South Island or offshore islands due to transport limitations.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Important Notes:
- Food, snacks, and health products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons unless there’s a quality issue.
- Beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned if opened or used, unless defective.
- All returns must be pre-approved by contacting our customer service team.
- Items returned due to personal reasons (wrong item ordered, changed mind) must be in new, unopened condition, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
